How to Upload GPX Files

Step 1: Access the Upload Feature

Log in to your account on Strava. Click Upload from the top right of any page and then "From File".

Step 2: Select Your GPX File

Click "Choose files" and browse to select your downloaded .GPX run file.

Note: Strava supports .gpx, .tcx, and .fit files up to 25MB in size.

Step 3: Add Activity Details

Name your activity, add a description, and adjust the activity type as necessary. You can also add tags and other details.

Step 4: Save Your Activity

Review your activity details and click "Save" to publish your run. Your activity will now appear in your Strava feed!

Step 1: Log into Runkeeper.com

Log in to your account on Runkeeper.com. It's best to open this in a separate tab so you can continue to follow these directions.

Step 2: Click Log and Select Activity Type

Click Log (green plus button) on the top menu bar, then select your activity type and click Next.

Step 3: Select Upload Map

On the "Add a Map" step, look for the Upload Map option.

Step 4: Import From File

Click Import From File and select the GPX or TCX file from your computer.

Step 5: Add Details and Save

Add any additional details, then save the activity. There you go! You've imported your GPS activity file to the Runkeeper app. Well done.
